How a round goes

Four steps, then you're playing

  1. Deal organs

    Organ cards go out to each player. Everyone also draws five cards.

  2. Attack

    Play a Nasty Habit on an opponent’s matching organ — sugar on teeth, screens on eyes.

  3. Defend

    A Boost card clears one habit. A Super Boost clears all of them at once.

  4. Survive

    Two habits and that organ is damaged for good. Most healthy organs wins.

  • Healthy habits

    Every card names a real habit and what it does. The lesson is the mechanic.

  • Strategy

    Attack, defend or hold. Kids weigh three options every single turn.

  • Consequence

    Two hits and an organ is gone for good. Choices carry weight.

Is it gross or frightening for younger children?

The organs are cartoon characters with faces, not anatomy diagrams — there is no blood and nothing graphic. The “nasty habits” are things like too much sugar, staring at a screen at night and slouching, drawn as small monsters.

How is it different from the LevelUp games?

Completely different mechanic. LevelUp is comparing numbers; Oh My Organs is attack and defend. You play a habit onto someone else’s organ and use Boost cards to clear your own. Families who own both say they get played on different kinds of evening.

Why 7+ when the other games are 5+?

Each turn asks for a choice between attacking, defending and holding a card back, and that extra layer is what pushes it later. A 5 or 6 year old can play on a team with an adult quite happily.

What is actually in the box?

16 Organ cards, 42 Nasty Habit cards, 18 Boost cards, wildcard attack and protection cards, Super Boost cards and an illustrated rulebook.

How long does delivery take?

Ships in 24 hours. Metro cities usually see delivery in 2–4 days; the rest of India in 4–7.
