Order and delivery
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day ship the same day. You will get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the parcel is picked up.
If something has gone wrong with a delivery, email us with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Missing or damaged cards
Sealed boxes are quality-checked, but if a card is missing or damaged, tell us which one and we will post a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return anything.
Bulk, schools and gifting
We work with schools, libraries and companies doing gifting at volume. Write to us with rough numbers and a delivery date and we will come back with pricing.
